Founded by a team of experienced health professionals, our mission is to empower independent living at home and within the community, right here in Melbourne's Southeast, Victoria.

Our founder, a Social Worker with years of frontline experience as a Case Manager for Home Care Packages and an NDIS Support Coordinator in both South Australia and Victoria, witnessed firsthand the needs of vulnerable individuals. This deep understanding fuels our commitment to sourcing only the highest quality mobility and independent living equipment from trusted Australian suppliers.

The Heart Behind 99 Mobility

The name "99 Mobility" holds a special meaning. It honours the memory of the founder's grandmother, who lived to the remarkable age of 99 and dedicated her life to helping others. In Chinese culture, 99 also symbolises long-lasting prosperity and abundance.

The current owners of the business, with backgrounds in Allied Health and Medicine have over 20 years' experience in providing support services to the elderly and individuals living with a disability.

We fully understand the special needs of the elderly and those with a disability. 99 Mobility is a family-run business, so every call, every email, every contact is handled by someone who is deeply committed to provide the very best service.

And speed is our strength. If a loved one needs special help at home, time is often of critical importance, especially following an accident or an unexpected hospital visit.

We are nimble, and we don’t let red tape hold things up. In fact, we’re often able to provide the right equipment within a few days of receiving a request. Also, in cases of emergency, we’re sometimes able to provide same day deliveries!
