About Us

Who we are?

99Mobility was founded by a group of health professionals who have years of experience in supporting elderly people and people with disabilities. The founder, Henry Liu, is a Social Worker who is passionate about empowering people to live independently at home and in the community. Henry has years of experience servicing the most vulnerable individuals in the community, both in South Australia and in Victoria. He previously worked as a Case Manager for Home Care Packages and as an NDIS Support Coordinator. After spending hundreds of hours visiting elderly people and people with disabilities, he and his team have the best firsthand knowledge of what people need to live independently at home.

 

What we do?

We source only the highest quality products to support individuals in living independently at home and in the community. All our mobility and independent living equipment is supplied directly by our most trusted Australian suppliers. When applicable, our products are registered with the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) and tested to Australian standards. We have full confidence in the quality of our products.

 

Why we do what we do? Why are we called 99Mobility?

The 99Mobility brand was established to support elderly individuals and people with disabilities. Providing the highest quality products is just one of the ways we give back to the community.

People often inquire about the meaning behind '99Mobility.' In fact, the name '99Mobility' was chosen to honour the memory of Henry's grandmother, who passed away a few years ago at the age of 99. She possessed a beautiful heart and boundless wisdom, always dedicated to helping others throughout her entire life. Unfortunately, Henry couldn't attend his grandmother's funeral in their home country, but he wanted to do something in her memory and for the community he now calls home. That's why we chose to support people under the name '99Mobility.'
